Glamp-ground rules & disclaimers

Our cabin is available for rent from May thru October.

At this time we are doing all of our bookings through our Airbnb listing at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/27431133?s=51 .  You must be 21 years or older to book a reservation.  

Please keep noise to minimum after 10 p.m. and before 9 a.m.

Please let us know if you need to arrive early or stay later than the posted times.  If it's at all possible we will try our best to accommodate your plans.

You will need to register upon arrival.

We are all here to have a good time - a few things to note should make your stay comfortable for all.

Please read the house rules when you arrive.  There aren't a lot of rules - and most of them are truly for your safety - so you'll want to read them.    

Neither Glamping in the Gunks Campground, nor the Muhlfeld / Colety Family are to be held responsible for any injuries, damage and/or loss to person or property incurred by campers, their children, pets or any other guests.

Please remember we are in the woods.  We make every attempt not to disturb wild animals in their area and we make every attempt to not encourage animals to come near the campsite.

We ask that you do not keep food or toiletries, such as toothpaste, in your tent if you are camping.  Keep food, coolers and toiletries locked in your car or inside the cabin.

This property is privately owned.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.  All guests must recognize and acknowledge the conditions in camping may contain hazards such as fallen trees, uneven grounds and drop-offs indigenous to natural environments.

By camping at the Glamping in the Gunks Campground, guests agree to assume all risks and liabilities inherent in this activity, including, but not limited to those flowing from natural and man-made hazards.  Should any legal action by owners become necessary to enforce this agreement, Campers and guests agree to pay all legal fees incurred by Glamping in the Gunks, including all costs and expenses.

Glamping in the Gunks is a Colety Family Farm, LLC entity.
